Ellsworth County Land Auction Parcel #1 160 Acres +/- Parcel #2 19 Acres +/- Quality Ellsworth County Ag land with productive yield & good grass. Parcel #2 does have some personal property on it that will convey to the Buyer, scrap iron & misc. Online Pre bidding will end at 10am on Tuesday May 28th. Live Auction will be at 416 Main in Holyrood at 2pm on Tuesday May 28th. We will collect 10% of the final bid price as non refundable earnest money after the sale, with closing to occur in 30 days or less after the sale. Closing costs will be split equally between Seller & Buyer. Current tenant will harvest the wheat crop in the ground, possession will not happen until the wheat has been harvested. Mineral rights if any will pass to the Buyer. Real Estate is being sold in its present existing condition with no warranty or guarantee of any kind other than Seller will provide good title. Please perform any inspections & all due diligence prior to bidding. Sale is not contingent upon Buyer obtaining financing.
