Tract 1: Approximately 68+/- Acres of which 46.24+/- acres are currently in row crop production.  Farm is planted to corn for the 2021 crop year and can be open for the 2022 crop year.  Balance of the farm is in grass boarders and timber. Lots of potential building sites on this farm. This farm lies in the Mid Buchanan School district and offers blacktop frontage on 3 sides.  Utilities are at the road. Tract 1 is the portion of the farm lying East of SE County CC road and generally described as the portion lying north of the county road of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of section 28, Twn 55n, Rng 35W with full legal to govern.
