Online and Live Court Ordered Auction to be held on Monday, November 7th, 2022 at 10 am at the Plains Community Building, 812 Grand Ave, Plains, Kansas. 

Tract 11 consists of 25.1 acres m/l with swine facilities and is situated at the south east corner of County Rd V and County Rd 7. The PGI farm consists of four swine finishing buildings, an office building, and a load-out chute. The finishing buildings have full concrete slat floors over dump bucket flush pits. They are naturally ventilated with drop curtain side walls. They have painted metal ceilings, with flex auger feed lines delivering feed to dry tube feeders, and outside bulk bins supplying feed to the feeders. Water is provided by bowl waters in each pen. Penning and gating are all steel, and the buildings have painted metal sides and roof. The office is a 600 sf building located on the South end of the finish barns. This facility has a capacity of 3,840 head.
