CATTLE APPRECIATION
DAY: CELEBRATING AGRICULTURE, COMMUNITY AND THE COOLEST COW
United Country’s
rural roots run deep, and the people who work with farms and ranches understand
that agriculture is a way of life as much as it is a business.
United Country celebrated Cattle Appreciation Day by
inviting its community to share their favorite cattle and recognized Tucker, a
Highland cow owned by Jessica Robinson of UC | Dicks Realty, as the winner of
the first Coolest Cow Competition.
The lighthearted contest offered a glimpse into something
more meaningful: the personal connection many United Country professionals have
with agriculture. Jessica grew up raising livestock, participating in 4-H and
attending county fairs, experiences that continue to inform her real estate
career.
That firsthand knowledge can be valuable when serving farm
and rural-property clients. Understanding fencing, barns, livestock facilities
and the practical realities of agricultural land helps an agent better
understand what buyers need from a property.
At United Country, rural real estate is personal. The
professionals who serve these markets often live the lifestyles they represent,
giving them a connection to agriculture and rural communities that goes beyond
a transaction.
Explore farms,
ranches and rural properties with a United Country professional.
