I am a Horseman, Farmer, Cattleman pretty much all around GOB, if you know what I mean. (good ole boy) Raised in the pacific northwest, on a small family dairy farm. We bottled our own milk and sold it in the area, made cheese farmed about 1000 acres for hay and pasture. We raised and trained, showed and sold Arabian horses.
I obtained my First Real Estate license in 1979 in Washington state, Started originally selling Dairy farms and horse properties. In 1987 I applied for and received my CA real estate license; continuing with and expanding my horse property Sales and marketing.

Jake Hubbell is a native of Western Colorado, born in Carbondale and raised in Marble and Crawford, small towns in the heart of the Elk Mountains. Jeff is a lifelong resident of Burley, Idaho, located in the heart of SouthCentral Idaho. Cassia County is known for its extensive agriculture production of potatoes, sugar and milk, as well as it’s ranches and beef production. He obtained his Private Pilot’s license while in high school and has always loved the freedom that flying a small plane offers. He and his wife Rachel live just a few miles south of Burley where they have lived and raised four great young men, for over three decades.
He grew up farming and ranching on a family operation until he was in his thirties. His love and appreciation of this deep and extensive agriculture background remains a part of him today. Jeff was only seven when his father bought the Howell Creek Ranch, a modest little..hobby ranch if you will, of just over 1,000 acres, just out of Albion, ID. There were always four or five rideable horses so the love and respect of all animals (and an innate ability to seemingly communicate with them) came early and still runs deep in Jeff.
Jeff received his real estate license in 2018 and has been largely working with people in distressed property situations. Andy began auctioneering in 2002 after his completion of college. Even though he has only been an active auctioneer since 2002, that does not tell the whole story of his experience. Once Andy was old enough to walk from the auctioneer to the clerk table (without stopping to get something to eat), he was a clerk sheet runner. Over the years he began working in all capacities of the auction from clerking to cashiering, and from ringman to merchandise sorter. He realized that this was his chance to work in the real estate and auction industry on a full time basis, so he jumped at the chance. Brian received his Bachelor's Degree from Pittsburg State University in 2003. He began designing web pages in April of 2004 and received his Real Estate Salespersons’ License in February of 2006. Since then he has had the distinct pleasure of working with clients from all walks of life. In his commercial transactions, he has worked with various cities, counties, school districts, corporations, and other governmental entities. In June of 2012, Brian attended and graduated from the prestigious Texas Auction Academy in Dallas, Texas, where he learned how to conduct all forms of professional auctions.
In January of 2014, United Country - Red Hills Realty & Auction, LLC merged with United Country - Rocking X Land Company, based out of Burlington, Colorado to establish a 2nd Office in Garden City, Kansas. Kim & Virgil George, owners of United Country - Rocking X Land Company, identified the need for a 2nd office in Western Kansas and recruited Brian Rose to become the Supervising Broker. Most recently United Country - Rocking X Land Company was named the #3 office in the nation amongst all United Country Franchises.
In October of 2018, Brian moved back to his hometown of Salina, Kansas to become the full-time Supervising Broker for United Country – Crossroads Auction & Realty, Inc. that is owned by Curt Marshall. Dave joined United Country Real Estate in December 2006 with an office in Salina, Kansas. In April 2007 they opened their office in Coldwater, Kansas. In 2009 they added auction services to their operation. In February 2012 Dave had the honor of receiving the national 2011 Holcombe Award for exemplary management performance as an Area Vice President in service to United Country Real Estate. He was recognized in March 2014 with the 2013 Holcombe Award, joining a select few that have won the award twice during their management careers.

Jake Forbes grew up working for his father in the auction business. At the age of 21, even before graduating from East Carolina University, Jake became a licensed auctioneer.

Darby J. Walton grew up as an eighth-generation farmer and began his auction career in Sycamore, Ohio. Since he was a child, he traveled to farm machinery, livestock and household sales across Ohio with his Grandpa Jay and Father Douglas Walton. Darby grew up along side his two biggest role models and witnessed first-hand two of Ohio’s finest auctioneers who are both Ohio Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame Inductees.
Darby obtained his Ohio Apprentice Auctioneers License in November 2013. While he was actively selling alongside his father, he also started his competitive auctioneering career. He was First-Runner Up in his first bid calling contest during the 2014 National Auctioneer Association’s International Junior Auctioneer Championship. Later that year, he began to work for Ritchie Bros Auctioneers, the world’s largest machinery auctioneers. He is still active with Ritchie Bros. and works for more than 10 auction facilities throughout the Eastern US. Darby then obtained his Ohio Auctioneers License in January 2015.
Mr. Walton is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Agribusiness and Applied Economics. Throughout his three years in Columbus, he served on a number of student boards for organizations including leading the campus’s largest club as president, The Saddle & Sirloin Club. While in his final year at Ohio State, Darby traveled across the United States while being an active member of the 2016 Livestock Judging Team.
Upon graduation, Darby began working as a full-time auctioneer and also began a salesman position with FIC Dealerships, a local John Deere equipment dealer. There, Darby began to connect with farmers from around the region and helping them identify their needs for equipment and technology systems. While working as a salesman, he also served as an Auction Data Analyst for Machinery Pete, the leader in auction data collection in the agriculture community.
After two years of working as a salesman, Darby joined the family business full time in April 2019. John Ball originally opened the Chandler United office in 1970 & sold the office to Mike Bendele in 1984. During his tenure as broker/owner, the Chandler office continuously ranked in the top 10 percent of all offices nationwide & in 1982 was the number 2 office in the nation. Having been raised in a rural setting on the family farm in Southeast Oklahoma, Stephen comes from a strong farming and ranching background. As a youth, he was active in 4-H and FFA, serving as president of his local FFA chapter his senior year in high school. Brooks Tabor made the move to East Texas in 2016 from the Texas Panhandle. He began working in the auction industry in 2013 as a ringman for his father-in-law's auction company.
