Steve Burton has been in the real estate and auction business for more than 30 years. Burton became a Georgia real estate Broker and licensed Auctioneer in 1983, a Florida Auctioneer in 1988 and a Florida real estate Broker in 1989. Burton became an Alabama real estate Broker and Auctioneer in 1998.  Throughout his career, Burton has held Broker and Auctioneer licenses in Tennessee, Kentucky, North and South Carolina, and Montana. Burton's goal was always to aid his customers in as many ways as he could. 

For more than 25 years Burton and his wife, Margie, owned and operated Burton Realty and Auction, Inc. located in Quitman, GA. In 2008 Burton was invited to join  United Country Real Estate in Dothan, AL to build and manage an auction division for that office. After almost five years of growing business and aiding customers with their needs, Burton decided to move his business back to GA due to his mother’s health. Burton has continued to be a licensed Broker and Auctioneer working in Georgia, Florida and Alabama, through United Country Real Estate.

Burton is excited to be an Associate Broker and Principal Auctioneer with the United Country Real Estate Fulford Realty & Auctions team with company headquarters located in Hartford AL. Leo Gatton grew up in rural Texas and fell in love with the open spaces and nature surrounding his upbringing. He and his wife Libby enjoy traveling to Boston, MA, Huntsville, AL, and Fort Worth, TX to visit their four grandchildren.

Leo was first licensed to sell real estate in Santa Fe, NM in the late 1970's. Those mountain experiences and his love for canoeing and kayaking has driven him to live in the rural Arkansas Ozarks.

James and his wife Pam enjoy operating a small cattle farm South of Fayetteville, AR. James has been involved in agriculture all his life. He has lived and worked in Northwest Arkansas for the past 49 years and spent 20 of those years as a tractor and farm machinery sales consultant.
 

James was born & raised in SW Missouri and moved to NWA in 1973.  In 1984 James Graduated from Ft.Smith Auction School.  Since then he has been asked for his Auctioneering services in Oklahoma, Missouri and as far away as Colorado.  James also attended C.A.G.A personal property appraisal school in 2012.   

Caleb has been a real estate agent since 2007 and obtained his real estate brokers license in 2012. He is a lifelong resident of Randolph County and co-owner of T&S Auction Company where he has worked as an auctioneer since 2004. Along with selling real estate and conducting auctions as a third generation auctioneer, Caleb is a CAGA personal property appraiser and runs a cattle farm in northern Randolph County. Caleb is married and has three sons. He enjoys hunting, spending time outdoors, working on his cattle farm and visiting with people. Danny is a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas, specifically Madison County.  Danny, his wife Jodi and their three daughters live just south of Huntsville on a 200 acre cattle farm in the Georgetown area.  He enjoys hunting deer/ducks and wing shooting, riding his horses, along with the occasional round of golf. Danny has life long experience in the cattle, ranching, and farm industries.   This has allowed him to be actively involved in community organizations such as Farm Bureau Board, Cattlemen‘s Association and a member of Huntsville School Board.

He is a 2001 graduate of the world wide college of auctioneers, located in Mason City Iowa.  He is an Arkansas licensed Auctioneer and Realtor.  Over the last 17 years Danny has specialized in Estate Sales, Farm Sales and Business Liquidations.  Danny gives back to the community through benefit auctions and the Madison County Fair Junior Livestock Auction.

A native of western Colorado, Gary spent over two decades guiding Aspen-area clients on fly-fishing and hunting expeditions, upland bird hunts, waterfowl hunts, and horseback rides. His outfitting business, OutWest Guides, became famous in the Aspen area for providing 5-star experiences for discriminating clientele. At one point, Gary and his wife, Doris, maintained a herd of 45 hard-working horses and mules.

Working in the real estate and auction business since 2005 has allowed me the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience throughout the southeast.

Because of my interest in all things outdoors, my passion in real estate seems to revolve around that. Being raised on the family farm southeast of Logan, Ia. (Hardscratch Area) installed the Midwestern work habits and values. Rod graduated from Logan Magnolia High School and then attended Morningside college on a wrestling scholarship. After receiving his B.S. degree in Education, he moved back to Harrison County, Iowa. Rod and his wife Dawn reside on an acreage outside of Missouri Valley. They have two children and currently 5 grandchildren. Rod has been marketing all lines of real estate in Iowa and Nebraska since 1999. He became a broker in 2001 and also attended the Missouri Auction School in 2009. Jeff is a lifelong resident of Burley, Idaho, located in the heart of SouthCentral Idaho.  Cassia County is known for its extensive agriculture production of potatoes, sugar and milk, as well as it’s ranches and beef production.  He obtained his Private Pilot’s license while in high school and has always loved the freedom that flying a small plane offers.  He and his wife Rachel live just a few miles south of Burley where they have lived and raised four great young men, for over three decades.

He grew up farming and ranching on a family operation until he was in his thirties.  His love and appreciation of this deep and extensive agriculture background remains a part of him today.  Jeff was only seven when his father bought the Howell Creek Ranch, a modest little..hobby ranch if you will, of just over 1,000 acres, just out of Albion, ID.  There were always four or five rideable horses so the love and respect of all animals (and an innate ability to seemingly communicate with them) came early and still runs deep in Jeff.

Jeff received his real estate license in 2018 and has been largely working with people in distressed property situations.  His years (post farming) of customer service and helping people, along with a rich ag background, makes Jeff a great fit with United Country Real Estate and an ideal resource for finding your piece of Southern Idaho.  Jeff is a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Rick is an award-winning auctioneer and was even inducted into the Idaho Association of Professional Auctioneers' "Hall of Fame" in 2008. Bill is a 2000 graduate of Oblong High School and a 2005 graduate of the Missouri Auction School. He has been employed in a variety of different jobs in his career. Bill has had 2 jobs since 2005, working days and working auctions in the evenings and weekends. In 2009 Bill went to work full-time for Bob Fiscus Auction and Appraisals. A Crawford County native, Jed Dunlap graduated from Palestine High School. Jed has 4 wonderful children and married his wife Anna in 2019. His hobbies include antiquing with his family, watching SciFi, mythology, geology, and history. Joshua was born in Clay County, IL. He spent his educational years in Jasper County IL, graduating from Newton High School, in 2003. From there, he continued his education at Eastern Illinois University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business. Joshua has 2 children, Layla and Knox, both of whom are following in their father’s footsteps by attending Jasper County Schools. Since 2007, he has worked in the agricultural sector, specializing in Seed and Agronomy. He also co-owns and operates his family farm, with his cousin Derek. I was raised in Robinson, IL. And went through elementary school there. I went to high school in Martinsville, IL. graduating in 1973. After finishing school I moved to Oblong, got married and started a family. Rita and I had 4 children whom all attended Oblong Schools. We currently have 9 grandchildren who all live within an hour from us so we spend quite a bit of time enjoying them. From 1974-1982 I worked in the construction business. I did remodel work, roofing and new construction. I went to work at Marathon Refinery and worked there for 28 years. I started in Operations, working night shift which enabled me to still do construction work. I later transferred to the Maintenance Dept., where I eventually became a Maintenance Foreman. After retiring from Marathon, I went back to construction work full-time which I am still doing. I have always enjoyed the Real Estate business and working with people so I decided to get my Realtor license.

Cody was born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana. He graduated from Bloomington High School South where he played Varsity Baseball all 4 years. After highschool, he played baseball at Kaskaskia College in Centrailia, Illinois. Cody has been around the Auction and Real Estate business his entire life and decided to join the family business in 2013. He obtained his Real Estate Brokers License in 2014. Lance Fullerton, a lifelong Kansas resident, grew up in the show-horse industry on a Quarter Horse operation. He regularly attended and began working at horse, farm, and livestock auctions during his youth and developed a passion for the auctioneer's chant and the auction industry.            Growing up on a farm in a rural community I understand the dedication and hard work it takes to maintain a lifestyle of farming & ranching. Accredited Land Consultant Curt Marshall, Auctioneer and REALTOR, joined United Country in January 2010. Curt is a finance graduate of Kansas State University and a Graduate of the School of Banking in Colorado. He spent four years as a federal bank examiner and has been in commercial banking since 1996. Curt is a 1999 graduate of Missouri Auction School, has been a licensed REALTOR since 2006, is a member of REALTORS Land Institute (RLI) and is one of very few in Kansas with the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) professional designation. In January of 2014, United Country - Red Hills Realty & Auction, LLC merged with United Country - Rocking X Land Company, based out of Burlington, Colorado to establish a 2nd Office in Garden City, Kansas. Kim & Virgil George, owners of United Country - Rocking X Land Company, identified the need for a 2nd office in Western Kansas and recruited Brian Rose to become the Supervising Broker. Most recently United Country - Rocking X Land Company was named the #3 office in the nation amongst all United Country Franchises. 

In October of 2018, Brian moved back to his hometown of Salina, Kansas to become the full-time Supervising Broker for United Country – Crossroads Auction & Realty, Inc. that is owned by Curt Marshall.  Brian has managed this office remotely since April of 2014.  Brian is a licensed Broker in the State of Kansas as well as Oklahoma.

Dave joined United Country Real Estate in December 2006 with an office in Salina, Kansas. In April 2007 they opened their office in Coldwater, Kansas. In 2009 they added auction services to their operation. In February 2012 Dave had the honor of receiving the national 2011 Holcombe Award for exemplary management performance as an Area Vice President in service to United Country Real Estate. He was recognized in March 2014 with the 2013 Holcombe Award, joining a select few that have won the award twice during their management careers.

In 2019 Dave became one of the first Realtree Land Pros following the Realtree and United Country corporate partnerships.  With a lifetime of hunting, fishing and outdoor experience, as well as 12 years of ranch and hunting operation magagement experience, Dave is able to bring his knowledge and experience to work for buyers and sellers of farm, ranch, hunting and recreational real estate.  In 2020 Dave sold the United Country Red Hills Realty & Auction office to Vanita Blundell and her husband Jim Blundell.  Dave stayed on as a supervising broker and is honored to still be a part of the United Country family.  Dave specializes in land and rural real estate.   

Prior to joining United Country Dave worked for Farm Bureau Financial Services as a Regional Claims Manager for 17 years, retiring in 2003. He managed claims offices in Salina, Osborne, Concordia and Manhattan. Prior to working for Farm Bureau, he enjoyed 8 years of service to our country in the US Navy aboard a nuclear fast attack submarine, the USS Scamp SSN-588 and on recruiting duty in Western Colorado.

He started a family owned and operated real estate business in 2003. In 2006 the small company was recognized as an Emerging Business of the Year and was nominated for the Plains Spirit Award by the Kansas Small Business Development Center. In June 2007 Governor Kathleen Sebelius and the Kansas Department of Commerce recognized the company for the Business Achievement Award for service. Jerry has been a lifelong resident of Southwest Kansas and knows the area and the area real estate market well. His great grandparents came out to Western Kansas in 1886. Jay Craig is an apprentice auctioneer that just graduated from Kentucky Auction Academy and is a member of the Kentucky Auctioneer Association. Jay is eager to learn and start his new career. He has always loved going to auctions and has always dreamed of becoming an auctioneer. Jay was born and raised on a farm in Albany, Kentucky and spends a lot of his spare time in the woods hunting. He is extremely outgoing and enjoys helping the people in his community. Jay loves living in a small town where everyone feels like family. He and his wife, Jennifer are Christians and are immensely proud to be raising their six daughters Taylor, Chloe, Addie, Carly, Jayleigh, and Jenna in such a great community.

Bonnie is a lifelong resident of the Bluegrass region of Kentucky, home of race horses, bourbon, UK Wildcats, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, wildlife, more water sources than any other state and beautiful landscapes. She grew upon a 50 cow dairy farm as both her grandparents and father were farmers. She assisted from a very young age in variety tasks on the farm and as result Bonnie lives on a farm as well.

This long term background and deep understanding of the realities of the real estate industry over 35 years has propelled Bonnie to focus on doing the right thing when representing buyers and sellers. He also graduated from the Missouri Auction School and Ward Elliott Institute of Real Estate in 1998 and has been a full-time realtor/auctioneer since.

I am a life long resident of Scotland County growing up on my parents family farm, which I am still involved with.  During high school I was involved in FFA holding three offices and receiving my State and American Farmer Degree.  In 2008 I graduated World Wide College of Auctioneering and now own Anders Auction Services LLC in Downing, Missouri. Melinda started her career with United Country – Missouri Land and Home in the spring of 2011 as an Administrative Assistant. While working in that role, Melinda earned her Missouri Real Estate License. Continuing in her role as a marketing and auction specialist, Melinda honed her skills before launching her full-time real estate career.

The couple has also been active with their sons, Chris and Jesse, in 4-H, FFA and several cattle organizations over the years.  She knows what it takes to make a family farm work in today's changing ag economy.  When she's not busy with real estate or farm activities, you can find her relaxing in the outdoors with her kids and grandkids, at a church function or at the local farmer’s market selling her family’s beef direct to consumers. Melinda is licensed in the state of Missouri.

Born in the Midwest I realized at a early age my passion for the outdoors to include farming, hunting and wildlife. I currently live on a farm where I manage it strictly for wildlife and enjoy my time spent in the outdoors. Jesse was born and raised in El Dorado Springs and currently holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. Jesse has been involved in the auction business for 5 years, owns an online business, and is a recent graduate of the Texas Auction Academy. He looks forward to calling your next Estate, Real Estate, or Business Liquidation Auction. Strengthening his real estate background is extensive experience in building construction and home energy efficiency.
