A lifelong Arkansan, Dillard entered the real estate industry in 2015 and has spent more than a decade helping buyers and sellers navigate important real estate decisions. His work reflects a deep connection to the state and an appreciation for the land, communities and outdoor lifestyle that make Arkansas unique.

Alongside his father, Glenn Dillard, Dillard helps lead United Country | Natural State Home & Land, where the team works with a wide range of properties including residential homes, commercial properties, recreational land, timberland, country homes and waterfront properties.

One recent transaction demonstrated the team's ability to navigate complex real estate challenges. The sale of a 52-acre property within city limits required coordination with developers, civil engineers, city planning officials and city council meetings before reaching the finish line. The property is expected to support a large residential development in the area.
