Public Estate Auction

The Estate of Barbara Green will be selling the following horse & farm equipment, shop tools, farm machinary & miscellanous farm primitives.  The two premire items on this auction are the Sooner 4-horse gooseneck trailer with tack & dressing room up front and has minimal usage.  The Kubota UTV w/ cab, heat/AC & fully hydrolic operated 72" front blade is like new.  

The auction will not last long so be sure to be there at 10:00am SHARP!  

1. All buyers must register and provide Valid ID to receive a Bidder Number.
2. Terms are Cash or Check with Valid Driver’s License.  Wire transfer may be required on larger  purchases.                           
3. No Items removed from Auction Site until settled for.
4. Items sold “As Is” – “Where Is” with no Warranties or Guarantees.
5. Once items are SOLD, Auctioneer, Auction Company, or Seller is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items.
6. All items must be removed from the Auction Site by the deadline announced by the Auctioneer, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Auctioneer.
7. Statements made by the Auctioneer at the time of the Sale take precedence over printed material or oral statements.
