LIBERTY TOURISM SURPLUS CHRISTMAS LIGHTS (PART 1)

The city of Liberty Tourism Commission will be selling surplus Christmas lights at online only auction ending on Thursday September 18th.  There will be multiple auctions with the first containing 19 Christmas scenes.  These lights include Flash the dog and dog house, gingerbread men teeter totter, girl catching snowflakes, graceful deer scene, granny got ran over by a 4x4, Jesus is the reason, lollipop & candy cane, marching toy soldiers, penguin on ice with igloo, reindeer barn, Santa checking list, Santa's rock band, Santa's green tractor and wagon, Santa's workshop with elf loading bag, toasty Frosty snowman and fire, elf in golf cart, kid on sled, mouse with cheese tree and Santa and Rudy golf.  Some of the lights have stock images from online with others being photos taken of lights being plugged in.  Christmas is right around the corner so plan now on bidding on and buying these lights for this Christmas season. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

All items are being sold AS IS with no warranties of any kind.  Payment can be made at pickup by cash, check or debit/credit card.  If paying with card a 3% processing fee will be added.  If paying with the card used to register for the auction please bring that card to pickup with you when you check out.

 THERE WILL BE NO BUYER'S PREMIUM FOR THIS AUCTION

 SALES TAX:  Kentucky state sales tax of 6% will be added to all personal property items.  If you are tax exempt you may fill out the tax exemption form with your tax ID number at pickup. 

 PICKUP:  NO SHIPPING OF ANY ITMES WILL BE AVIALBALE.  Pickup day will be Friday September 19th between 10:00A.M. and 4:00P.M.  You can call Liberty City Hall to make arrangements for pickup and speak with Shelby or Heather at 606-706-7777.  

 Any items not picked up by 4:00P.M. on September 19th without prior arrangements made with the auction company will be charged to the card on file used to register wtih additional fees for removing the item(s).

 CURRENCY TYPE: USD

 SOFT CLOSE: Closing of lots will begin on September 18th @ 6:00 P.M. EDT with 15 second intervals between lots. If an item receives a bid within the last 2 minutes, then the close time will be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to extend for 2 minutes with each newly placed bid and the property will not close until 2 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity. This eliminates bidders bidding at the last second from our auctions.
