Multi-Purpose Buildings for Sale in the Town of Floyd
This +/-0.343 acre property, consisting of 2 tax parcels, is being offered as a 1 offering. The property includes a town office, garage, storage building, and machine shed on one parcel (Tax Parcel: 55A2-1-M-23), and a town meeting hall and parking area on the other (Tax Parcel: 55A2-1-M-22).
The town hall, located at 134 Wilson St., is a 1,112 sq ft building originally used as a church, features carpet floors, a heat pump, brick exterior, shingle roof, and a full unfinished basement.
The town office, located at 138 Wilson St., features 828 sq ft with 2 office spaces, a foyer space, and a bathroom. It has a heat pump, drywall interior, carpet floors, brick and block exterior, tar and gravel roof, and town water and sewer. A double garage, adjoined to the town office, provides 1,044 sq ft of space with 2 garage doors and concrete floors. The garage is heated by a forced air oil furnace. Above the garage is a workers lounge with a bathroom, lounge area, and storage. The property also features a 15x 22 ft outbuilding/storage shed and a large metal machine shed on a concrete slab.
Property fronts on Wilson St, Rick Lewis Way and Akers Street. The home in between the office building and machine shed (220 Akers St) is not included. Refer to map in bidder pack for exact property lines of property being offered. It appears that the singlewide mobile that fronts on Rick Lewis Way encroaches onto the subject property that is being sold.
Zoning: Property is zoned B1 – Central Business District. See the zoning map and zoning ordinances in bidder packet for more information.
