10th Annual Montana Horse Progress Days

This is a two day celebration of the horse! NEW THIS YEAR, we will begin the Auction on Friday evening!
Friday afternoon and evening you can look over the 65 head of consigned horses. You can also choose to take in the evening All-You-Can-Eat meal consisting deep fried fish, chicken, fries, coleslaw, baked beans and warm baked fruit crunch with ice cream if desired. We will also be selling some of the smaller merchandise consisting of antiques, collectible and some tack starting at 5:30 p.m. (MDT). Starting at 7 a.m. (MDT) on Saturday, there will be the horse preview in the arena and an All-You-Can-Eat Pancake & Sausage Breakfast. The auction will start at 9:30 a.m. (MDT) with the rest of the smaller merchandise. At noon we will sell the cart, buggies, wagons and larger items. This is also when our online portion of the sale will start. We will start the horses at 1:30 pm (MDT). Just at the start of the horses we will offer up the two MHP commemorative items of the handmade quilt and bench seat. We will finish out the day with any remaining small items.
The horse catalog consignments may be viewed at www.FrontierLiveSale.com. Videos will be updated as sale day approaches. Carts and buggies that have been consigned early may be viewed at ShobeAuction.com and will be added to the online portion of the sale closer to sale day.

9:30 a.m. - Auction begins, Tack, Saddles, Harness, Accessories
12:00 Noon - Wagons, Buggies, Carts, Equipment
1:30 p.m. - Horses, Teams, Mules & Ponies

Driving Directions
From Lewistown: Go 7 miles west on US 87, turn south (left) on Crystal Lake Road for 4 miles, then turn west (right) on to Seright Road for 2 miles, then south (left) 1 mile. Public parking is beyond sale barn.
From Eddies Corner (Junction of US 191 & US 87): Go 2.5 miles east on US 87, turn south (right) at Moore (N. Trout Creek RD) for 1 mile, then turn east (left) on Seright Road 2 mile, then south (right) on Kirkemendes Road 1 mile.
INTERNET BIDDING
This is a Live Auction with Live Internet Bidding available on the horses, mules and larger items, including wagons and buggies.
AUCTION CONSIGNMENTS
Auction consignments will be accepted through 5 p.m. on Friday, August 26th.
CATERING
The Powell Wyoming Amish Community will be on site with a full menu.
All you can eat Fish & Chicken Fry on Friday eveing from 5-7 p.m., All you can eat Pancake & Sausage Breakfast starting at 7 a.m. sale day and full menu throughout the day.
VENDOR BOOTHS
Vendor booths are available. Electricity not available.
CAMPING SPOTS
On-site dry camping is available for $15/night.
