Auction Terms & Conditions This is a NO CONTINGENCY SALE. Buyers will be required to sign a contract at the close of the auction either in person or by digital signature. Buyer is required to put $1000.00 earnest money down at the signing of the contract. The closing will take place at Hart Abstract on or before October 21st. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any bids prior to or after the auction. Seller will not be surveying the property. The markings for the lot lines are estimated and in no way reflect exact property lines. Seller will provide a clear title to the property. Normal closing costs will be split 50/50. Association dues and taxes will be prorated at the time of closing.
