Property has been divided into three tracts. Tract # 1 plus or minus 3 acres, Tract 2 plus or minus 19 acres, and Tract 3 plus or minus 19 acres. This Absolute Auction will offer each tract individually and will offer a grouping on Tracts 2 and 3 with a 5% increase of the sum of the high bids for Tract and Tract 3.
