OR From Roanoke Highway 220 South towards Rocky Mount VA left onto Highway 40 East, Then left on Brooks Mill Road, Property on Right. From Rocky Mount VA, Highway 40 East to left on Brooks Mill Road, Property on Right. Look for signs. Property is minutes from West Lakes, Rocky Mount, Smith Mountain Lake, and Roanoke VA. Property has been divided into three tracts. Tract # 1 plus or minus 3 acres, Tract 2 plus or minus 19 acres, and Tract 3 plus or minus 19 acres. This Absolute Auction will offer each tract individually and will offer a grouping on Tracts 2 and 3 with a 5% increase of the sum of the high bids for Tract and Tract 3.
