Up for auction is this 6.9+/- acre tract of land sitting in Dunnville in south central Kentucky.  The property is mostly wooded with a clearing near the front where three storage buildings are currently placed.  These buildings will be staying with the property, also included on the property is a pond just behind the storage buildings.  The personal property in the buildings will also be selling including chests, sewing machine, wardrobe, shelves with misc. items, baskets, wheel barrow, plus many more items. 

TERMS:

TERMS:  A 20% non refundable deposit will be due day of sale with balance due on or before 45 days from sale date.  All personal property is to be paid in full day of sale with cash, check or debit/credit card.  A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all purchases with debit/credit card.  All property both real and personal is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed, written or implied.  This ABSOLUTE AUCTION will be subject to  a 10% buyer’s premium that will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price.  Property taxes for 2021 will be prorated on day of closing.
