1)  Method of Payment: Cash or Check day of auction.  Photo ID required for registration.
2)  Shobe Auction & Realty, Reuben Miller (“Auction Company”) and their respective associates act as agents only and are not responsible for errors, omissions, misunderstanding, or liability whatsoever, including but not limited to the loss, damage, injury, death or illness of any horse, person or property before, during or after auction. All guarantees are strictly between the buyer and seller.
3) All horses are available for viewing and inspection prior to the auction. There is NO WARRANTY, expressed or implied by the Auction Company or any representative thereof for as to the soundness, physical condition, health or disposition of any horse offered in the auction. All horses are sold “AS IS” with existing conditions and defects. 
4) Buyer assumes all risk in merchandise and horses after they leave the auction ring. Possession of the horse shall not be obtained until full payment has been made.

The Powell Wyoming Amish Community will be on site with a full menu.
All you can eat Fish & Chicken Fry on Friday eveing from 5-7 p.m., All you can eat Pancake & Sausage Breakfast starting at 7 a.m. sale day and full menu throughout the day.
 
VENDOR BOOTHS
Vendor booths are available.  Electricity not available.  
 
CAMPING SPOTS
On-site dry camping is available for $15/night.
