TERMS:

1. All buyers must register and provide Valid ID to receive a Bidder Number.

2. Terms are Cash or Check with Valid Driver’s License.  Wire transfer may be required on larger                                       

        purchases.

3. No Items removed from Auction Site until settled for.

4. Items sold “As Is” – “Where Is” with no Warranties or Guarantees.

5. Once items are SOLD, Auctioneer, Auction Company, or Seller is not responsible for Lost or Stolen

        Items.

6. All items must be removed from the Auction Site by the deadline announced by the Auctioneer,

        unless prior arrangements have been made with the Auctioneer.

7. Statements made by the Auctioneer at the time of the Sale take precedence over printed material or

         oral statements.
