Any information known about the item will be disclosed  and deemed reliable from sources, but not guaranteed by the auctioneer or anyone connected with the auction firm. Any announcements day of auction supersede all printed material. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
After a bidder has won the bid with his/her high bid, they have become the new owner of the item(s), even though they may not have paid for the item(s) yet. The item(s) become the full and sole responsibility of the buyer at this point, and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage of the item(s). Buyers should guard their item(s) accordingly. If loss or damage occurs, the buyer still must pay for the item(s). All purchases must be removed day of auction, unless other arrangements are made between seller (or Agent) and buyer (or Agent).INJURY AND DAMAGES
