• All buyers must register and provide Valid ID to receive a Bidder Number.
• Terms are Cash or Check with Valid Driver’s License.  Wire transfer may be required on larger purchases.
• No Items removed from Auction Site until settled for.
• Items sold “As Is” – “Where Is” with no Warranties or Guarantees.
• Once items are SOLD, Auctioneer, Auction Company, or Seller is not responsible for Lost or   stolen items             
• All items must be removed from the Auction Site by the deadline announced by the Auctioneer unless prior arrangements have been made with the Auctioneer.
• Statements made by the Auctioneer at the time of the Sale take precedence over printed  material or oral statements.
