DIRECTIONS: From I-459, go east on Hwy 280 for 10.5 miles. Turn right across from McDonalds onto Hwy 47 and go 0.8 mile to stop light. Turn right on Hwy 39 and drive 2.5 miles. Turn right on Hwy 36 and go 0.8 mile to Flagstone entrance on right.

TERMS:

You will need $1000 in the form of a certified check, cash or personal check with bank letter of guarantee in order to register to bid. If you are not the successful bidder, the check will be returned to you.

There is a 10% buyer's premium added to your final bid price to arrive at the total contract price.

Winning bidders will be required to pay 10% of the total contract price down on auction day and the balance to be paid at closing in 30 days.

There will be 5 lots sold absolute regardless of price. There are 16 lots in the inventory and they will be sold by high bidders choice.
