A ten percent (10%) non-refundable down payment is due on sale day by cash or good check with proper ID, payable to United Country Heartland Realty & Auction LLC, and shall be made at the time of signing the purchase contract. For online buyers, the down payment must be submitted via wire transfer within 24 hours. The balance is due on or before Tuesday, September 2, 2025, with possession given at closing. Real estate taxes will be prorated at closing. A ten percent (10%) Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the total contract purchase price.
