NOTICE By registering to bid or placing a bid, you agree to be bound by all of these terms & conditions. All internet bidders agree that bids placed on the internet shall have the same legal effect as if they were in attendance at the auction in person. ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND NO RETURNS!!! A valid credit card is required to bid. Your card will be checked before you are allowed to participate. PAYMENT Payments will NOT be accepted on-site. Cash, wire transfers and Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) are accepted with a 14% buyer's premium. Please consider the buyer's premium when placing your bids. Certified funds / cashier's checks: MUST BE PRE-APPROVED before bidding. All payments are due in FULL by Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 2pm. If we don't hear from you by that time, we will automatically process your credit card on file for payment. CASH PAYMENTS Cash buyers MUST call our office to arrange cash payments, which will be accepted ONLY at our office in Monument, CO. or we will automatically process your credit card on file for payment. There is NO DISCOUNT for cash payments. SALES TAX Sales tax will be collected for the City of Castle Rock 7.9%. Sales tax will be assessed on your entire purchase, including buyer's premiums. If you have a tax exempt certificate, we must have a copy on-hand BEFORE YOU BID, or you will be assessed taxes. INSPECTION Inspection is Thursday, June 9th, from 9am to 1pm. We recommend and highly encourage that you inspect your purchases before bidding. All items are located in the nutrition warehouse, 2812 N. Hwy 85 Building E. Castle Rock, CO 80109. WARRANTY INFORMATION There is NO WARRANTY or GUARANTY on ANY ITEM. All items are sold "as is, where Is". Please inspect the items before purchasing. The auctioneer and seller shall not be liable in any way for a failure of the electronic bidding system to recognize accept, or record any or all bids. REMOVAL All items MUST be picked up on Thursday, June 16th, between 8:00 am and 1:30 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any items NOT REMOVED by the said deadline will be considered abandoned and will revert to the seller for disposition without any recourse. Once payment has been received and posted, winning bidders will be issued a receipt. That receipt will need to be presented before any purchases will be released. The BUYER assumes all responsibility for the disassembly, disconnection, and removal of all items. NO ASSISTANCE will provided in removal. Loading docks are available, but you will need your own dock plates and/or ramps. REMOVAL - ABANDONMENT All items MUST be removed, at the buyer's sole responsibility and liability, by the deadline above. Any items NOT REMOVED by the above deadline will be considered abandoned and will revert to the seller for disposition without any recourse. The seller may assess a fee for abandoned property for disposal and handling costs. Such fees will be charged directly to your credit card. No refunds will be issued for abandoned property.
