Auction Dates -Pre-Bidding begins Friday, October 26^th and the Live & Online bidding begins Thursday, November 15^th at 11:00 am (CST) (directly after the sale of the real estate)

Auction Location - 613 Main St, Custer City, OK 73639

Preview Date – Sunday, November 4^th from 1:00 – 3:00 pm (CST) and Tuesday, November 13^th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (CST)

Check Out Dates - Pick up is directly after the sale on Thursday, November 15^th until 5:00 pm (CST) or on Friday, November 16^th from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (CST).  Winning Bidders can pick up their purchases at Tract #1 – from the west edge of Custer City, travel approx. 1 mile south on N2300 Rd, property will be on west side of road, watch for signs.

Bidding Notice - (13%) Buyer’s Premium applies to online purchases.  9.0% Oklahoma Sales Tax.
