HAY AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

United Country Gilworth Real Estate and Auction

All hay sold AS IS WHERE IS – with no warranty either expressed or implied. 

Hay is available for inspection by contacting agent Ryan Van Genderen at 660-216-8978.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the item and the listing pertaining to said item.

Each potential bidder is responsible for his or her own independent inspection.

Payment must be received within 5 business days after the conclusion of the auction, if you are an online bidder. The buyer will receive an invoice from United Country Gilworth Real Estate and Auction. 

Live bidders will pay the day of auction with a check or credit card. 

Credit card fees will apply.  

No item can be picked up or shipped until the item is Paid in Full. All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  All items must be removed within 14 calendar days of the auction. Any item not picked up or shipped within 30 calendar days of the auction will be RESOLD and no refund will be returned to the buyer. ALL items sold are SOLD ON AN AS IS WHERE IS basis.  No warranty of representation is either expressed or implied.
