Take Larken to the stop sign and turn right onto Moscow rd. Take your 1st left onto Quaker Hill rd. Property will be on the left past the farm.

 


TERMS:

2. All sales are final, no refunds or cancellations are allowed.  Bidders are required to make their inspections and fully satisfy themselves prior to making any bids.

3. PAYMENT:  A nonrefundable down payment of 10% is required at time of signing Contract to Purchase with in 24hrs of the end of the auction, if sale is approved by seller, along with proof of funds to complete purchase  

4. Bidders located (Outside the United States) are REQUIRED TO PAY BY WIRE TRANSFER, ONLY.

5. All bidders must register on HiBid prior to auction to receive a bidders packet.

6. Any and all inspections must be completed prior to the auction at the buyers expense.

7. The sale will include a 10% buyer premium and will be added to the final bid price to determine the Purchase price on the Contract to Purchase

8. The successful bidder will be signing a noncontingent cash purchase contract at the close of the Real Estate Auction to close on or about 40 days from signing
