TERMS & CONDITION: This auction will be selling in conjunction with the 29th Judicial Circuit, Adair Circuit Court, in the case styled Chastity Yarberry Spalding, et al. vs. Tyler Yarberry, et al., Civil Action No. 19-CI-00074, an action based on the indivisibility of the land. By order of the court entered on February 20, 2020 and referred to the court for sale on May 20, 2020, the court has ordered the Master Commissioner of the court JD Zornes to sell the property and he was authorized to employ United Country Heartland Realty & Auction, LLC to conduct the auction sale.
