There will be an Online Only Auction for 78.23 Acres and 75.69 Acres of Recreational Wooded Land with Creeks located in Fancy Gap VA next to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Bidding is open now and will continue until 2 pm on Friday November 18th. Bids will continue until bidding stops. You can bid online now and bidding will “Start to End” at 2 pm on Friday November 18th. “Starts to End” means that bidding remains active until all bidding ceases.

Property will be offered as two individual tracts of 78.23 acres and 75.69 acres. There will be a third offering of 153.92 Acres as a whole. The reserves for each individual tract are $50,000. Directions to Property – Interstate 77 exit 8 which is the Fancy Gap exit. From Fancy Gap VA where Highway 52 and the Blue Ridge Parkway intersect, take the Blue Ridge Parkway North. Follow Blue Ridge Parkway to about mile marker 196 and take Right on Lighting Ridge Road. Lightning Ridge Runs parallel to the Blue Ridge Parkway, so you want to get on Lightning Ridge 4 miles North of Fancy Gap VA. Take the first left on Wards Gap Road and stay on Wards Gap Road for 2.7 miles then take a left on Cherry Crest Drive. Stay on Cherry Crest Drive for 1.3 miles and property will be on the right.
