Real estate taxes for 2024 will be prorated at closing with possession upon delivery of general warranty deed. Failure to execute purchase contract and return with 10% down payment will be considered in default. Personal Property: No Shipping is Provided by Auctioneers. Cash, cashier's check, personal/business check w/ valid ID, Visa, Mastercard (with a 3.0% processing fee) or wire transfer.  All fees incurred by wired transfers will be paid by the purchaser.
