** Successful bidder must contact United Country Heartland Realty & Auction, LLC within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify payment and discuss pickup. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. All equipment is sold (“AS IS, WHERE IS”) with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final. If you have questions on equipment, please call before making a bid.\

**$25 wire fee paid by the purchaser.
** Buyer is responsible for pickup and/or transportation of items and payment must be cleared before the pickup and release of any item. 
** Payment must be received in US Funds within 48 hours by bank wire transfer, cashier’s check or company/personal check with an attached bank letter of guarantee. 
**Kentucky has a 6% sales tax unless purchaser can provide signed exemption form. (sales/farm)
** Payments must be received within 48 hours of auction end. 
** United Country Heartland Realty & Auction, LLC will send out invoices to the same email that was used for registration with AuctionTime.com after the conclusion of sale. If you do not see this invoice in your inbox, check your spam folder. 
** Buyer is RESPONSIBLE for all Shipping. We do not provide any shipping services.
