TERMS:

Auction Terms & Conditions As-is, where-is in its present exsisting condition. Closing must occur on or before 12/31/2022. Closing costs will be split between Seller &Buyer 50/50. We will collect NON REFUNDABLE earnest money in the amount of 10% of the contract price. There are currently no leases in place, possession will be after closing. There are 2 oil wells on the property. We will also be offering a 1/8 Royalty Intrest that can be bidon seperately from the real estate. The Royalty Interest will be sold separately from the real estate.
