This is an Online - Internet Only - Timed Auction. All bids are pending until you have been approved by the auction company. Register to create a Hi-Bid account. Bidders will receive an email via Dotloop with Bidder's Terms and Conditions and must provide an esignature accepting all Terms and Conditions. Once accepted, bid early and bid often! Bidding begins May 28, 2025 and runs through June 23, 2025 with a soft close 5:00 PM CST. Upon 5PM there will be a two minute period of time to allow bidders to attain the highest bid and continues until no more bids are placed. High bid is subject to seller confirmation within 24hrs of auction ending. Buyer must deliver within 24 hours a contingency-free offer to purchase to be drafted by the listing company and a $5,000 Non-Refundable Down Payment. A 4% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the highest bid to determine total contract price.
