1. May, 1861 Land Grant reward for service given to soldiers of the Seminole Indian War.
Abraham Lincoln signature but perhaps signed by his aide.
2. Discharge papers for Horace G. Stockham, June, 26, 1865, from Pennsylvania.
Aug. 30, 1902. Sim-ho-ye, widow of Ke-thle, Chee warrior, volunteer in Seminole was given a
160 acre land grant. The name George W. Stockham and the date March 3, 1855, also appears
on the document. Abraham Lincoln’s name was signed by W.O. Stoddard, Secretary, on
Aug.30, 1902.
3. April 5, 1828 land contract. Josiah Moore & wife Lydia, Madison, New York, transfer deed to
Semima K. Moore for $205.00.
