Larry Roberts was a lifelong resident of Miami, Oklahoma, having served in many capacities within the state, Ottawa County, and in the city of Miami. Larry was elected State Representative and served until his retirement. A collector of fine furniture, glassware and primitives, Larry followed in his father's footsteps and maintained the classic cars that were handed down to him. This auction will contain, antique cars, household and antiques plus two fine homes and one 45 acre tract of land. All of Larry's dishes, glassware, and primitives have been packed away in storage since Larry's passing. This is a partial listing with lots of surprises; come expecting a good, clean, unusual auction.

TERMS:

Terms for real estate only: All properties being sold are offered in "as is" condition with no guarantees written or implied. A clear marketable title will be provided to the buyers at closing. Buyers' financing must be prearranged as financing is not a condition of this auction. 10% down day of auction with balance due at closing, not to exceed 30 days. Any announcement made day of auction takes precedence over any and all printed material. Realtor participation is welcome. Realtors must pre-register their potential bidder no later than June 15th, 2018.

Terms for automobiles: In order to bid or buy cars, a bank letter of GUARANTEED funding must be presented when obtaining bidder's number. Credit cards will be accepted as funding also. 

Terms for miscellaneous items: Cash, check, credit card. 

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED MUST BE PAID FOR DAY OF AUCTION, NO EXCEPTIONS.
