(B)          YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO BID AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE THE AUCTION.  PROOF OF FUNDS IS REQUIRED WITH THE ABILITY TO CLOSE WITHIN 21 DAYS FROM SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION.  (SELLER IS PREPARED TO CLOSE IMMEDIATELY).

(C)          THIS IS A BUYER’S PREMIUM AUCTION, MEANING THAT THERE WILL BE 10% ADDED TO THE FINAL BID AMOUNT TO CREATE THE CONTRACT SALES PRICE.  (PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN BIDDING)
