ONLINE: Pre-bids on the old home and chimney will run to 5:00 pm CST on December 1st, 2023. Each item will be sold separately and not as a whole.

Directions: From Waynesboro Square Take Hwy 13 N approximately 4.5 miles. Auction will be on the left.

Details: Original part of the home was built in the 1800's and added onto over the years. There is a lot of good vintage wood in the home. It has a metal roof that is of unknown age. The lap siding on the outside is still functional and could be reused.

The buyer will have up to 6 months to remove the home from the property.

The chimney was brought to Waynesboro TN, piece by piece, in the 1800's by Sam McDonald in wagons. The rock came from a limestone pit in Lebanon TN. The chimney is straight and in good condition. The measurements 6 foot X 44 inches wide base and approximately 22 foot high.

Buyer will have up to six months to remove chimney from the property.
