All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but are not warranted. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Items can be removed the day of the sale, or during the scheduled pick up date of Sunday February 21, 2021 9am-3pm or by arrangements. Owner and Auction Company are not responsible for accidents the day of sale. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over any advertisements. Online buyers must realize that United Country Land and Lake Properties is providing internet bidding as a service to bidders. The company is not responsible for any malfunctioning of internet service during or at the end of the auction. Under no circumstances can anyone hold United Country Land and Lake Properties liable or have any claim against it for internet failure or missed bids. Titles for purchased items, if applicable, will be disbursed on pick-up day only if the item is paid for with cash. Otherwise they will be processed and mailed within 15 business days. Online payments accepted: Good check, wire transfer, or PayPal. (You may pay via PayPal using a credit card, debit card, or your PayPal account. An additional charge of 3% will be added to your total if using PayPal.) Upon registration, a pre-auction authorization will be performed via HiBid to establish available credit (you may or may not be charged a $1 fee for this service.) Credit cards may show a hold on funds for a short period of time. Live auction payments accepted: Cash or good check with current photo ID. All buyers will be photographed. We do not accept cashier checks. Out of state IDs and out of state checks must be accompanied with a bank letter of credit. Call for more details concerning payments accepted.
