TERMS: Seller will provide an up to date surface abstract and Warranty Deed. Buyer to be responsible for their attorney’s title examination and /or title insurance if so desired. Taxes will be pro-rated to date of closing. Sale will be closed through Guaranty Abstract Co, Tulsa OK. Buyer and Seller to split the cost of Title Company closing fee.

A 6% buyer’s premium will apply to this sale, thus 6% will be added to the final bid to arrive at the purchase price. At the conclusion of auction the Successful bidder or bidders will place a deposit of 10% of the successful bid in escrow with United Country, Mike Bendele Co., Chandler, OK. Balance of purchase price in the form of a cashier’s check is due in full at closing. Closing to occur on or before March 21, 2016.
