Tracts of real estate will be offered individually and in combinations of the bidders choosing using the multi-par bidding format. When bidding is finished on tracts and combinations, the property will be declared sold in the manner that creates the largest total for all of the real estate.

Real Estate Terms: Seller will accept the highest bid or bids on Auction day and provide an abstract to date and, at closing, a warranty deed. Buyer must make a 10% deposit on Auction day and pay the balance in full at closing within 45 days of sale. No contingencies so make any necessary financial arrangements in advance and be prepared on sale day.
