REAL ESTATE: NTR Energy in Havana, Kansas is Selling approximately 10 acres +/- with a home, 2 shops, office, and covered storage. The home has 1,170 sq. ft. of area and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a kitchen. A 12,000 sq. ft. shop has full utilities, an office area, and restroom. Each end of the building has overhead doors extending almost the full width of the building. The second shop is 864 sq. ft., no utilities. Located next to this shop is a 1,824 sq. ft. cover awning with a concrete slab. Also located on the property is a 15,000 sq. ft. covered vehicle and equipment parking with a gravel base that is sufficient to be able to park large and tall vehicles. Hughes Oil and Gas Lease:

Makes 1/4- 1/3 BOPD and 5-7 MCF and is equipped with a #25 pump jack, gas separator and the following fiberglass vessels: 6'x15' gun barrel, 200-barrel stock tank and 100-barrel water tank. Lease makes almost no water and all flow lines are in place.

Fogarty Oil and Gas Lease:

Fogarty lease makes 3 BOPD and gas to drive gas motor on #40 pump jack. Lease is equipped with the following fiberglass vessels: 6'x15' gun barrel, 200-barrel stock tank, 200-barrel water tank and 100-barrel water tank. All flow lines are in place.

The successful bidder or bidders of the real estate will be required, upon conclusion of the Real Estate Auction to provide good funds (Earnest Money) in the amount of 10% of the final bid amount. Closing will be within 45 days from date of auction, with buyer and seller each paying normal closing fees. Property will be transferred by general warranty deed.
