TERMS:

Selling by Private Auction. Bidding is not subject to financing. Buyers are to have financing arranged prior to bidding. Prospective buyers are urged to inspect all properties prior to bidding and to satisfy themselves as to condition, acreages, etc. Property sells AS-IS and subject to easements and covenants, if any, now existing against said property. Seller will guarantee a clear title and all property taxes paid up to closing date. Title insurance and title work to be done by Farmers & Lawyers Title Co and shall be split 50%/50% between Buyers and Sellers. Buyers shall sign purchase contract and pay 10% earnest money to Farmers and Lawyers Title Co on day of auction. Balance shall be paid at closing on 8/30/2022.
