TERMS:

Home and 5+/- acres sells as is, where is, in its current condition.  The home is in good condition but heirs want sold with no responsibility after closing. Financing must be arranged prior to Auction, financing is not a condition of the Auction. Home can be inspected or shown anytime prior to Auction date.  $5,000 down day of auction, balance due in full 30 days or less.

Personal property, tractors, mowers and related equipment sell for cash or good check day of auction, nothing removed untill paid for.  Any announcment made day of auction, superceeds any and all prevfious printed material.
