EQUIPMENT AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS United Country Gilworth Real Estate and Auction 2020 Main Street, Unionville, MO 63565 Terms & Conditions - United Country Gilworth Real Estate and Auction All items sold AS IS WHERE IS – with no warranty either expressed or implied. All hour meter readings or mileages are believed to be true but are not guaranteed. Items are available for inspection by contacting the auction company at 660-216-8978 or 660-947-7738. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the item and the listing pertaining to said item. Each potential bidder is responsible for his or her own independent inspection. Payment must be received within 3 business days after the conclusion of the auction for online bidders. Payment is due on auction day for those bidding on site. The buyer will receive an Invoice from United Country Gilworth Real Estate. Buyer agrees to pay by Electronic Check, Credit Card, Certified Check or Bank Wire Transfer. A 5 business day clearing is required on all E-Pay checks. All Credit Card transactions will be charged an additional 3.5% transaction fee. All incoming Bank Wire Transfers will incur an additional $15.00 fee. Any buyer from outside of the United States must pay in US dollars, and all fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Contact United Country Gilworth Real Estate and Auction with any questions. No item can be picked up or shipped until the item is Paid in Full. All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All items must be removed within 14 calendar days of the auction. Any item not picked up or shipped within 30 calendar days of the auction will be RESOLD and no refund will be returned to the buyer. ALL items sold are SOLD ON AN AS IS WHERE IS basis. No warranty of representation is either expressed or implied.
