Notice is hereby given that the following individuals are indebted to Woodbine Storage for past due rent and other charges. Auction will be conducted pursuant to Missouri Laws 415.400 thru 415.425. Auction will be conducted on site at 1801 N Woodbine Road St Joseph MO Friday May,11 2018.  Check in begining at 9:30am with the auction to begin at 10AM.  Sale of a unit is subject to cancellation in the event of a settlement between Landlord and obligated party. Upon purchasing a unit, all items must be removed from the premises by Monday May 14, 2018 at 5PM.  Cash only, no checks.
