All items to be paid for in full day of sale with either cash, check, or debit/credit card.  If paying by debit/credit card a 3% processing fee will be added.  There will be NO BUYER’S PREMIUM for this auction.  Sales tax of 6% will be added to all purchases of personal property that apply.  Property will be sold subject to seller’s confirmation (sells with reserve).  If you are tax exempt you can fill out the exemption form with your tax ID number at pickup.  Additional terms and conditions can be found online at www.liberty-kentucky.com.
