TERMS:

All items are being sold AS IS with no warranties of any kind.  Payment can be made at pickup by cash, check or debit/credit card.  If paying with card a 3% proccessing fee will be added.  If paying with the card used to register for the auction please bring that card to pickup with you when you check out.  It is recommended that all buyers do their own due dilligance in inspecting the property prior to bidding.  

SOFT CLOSE: Closing will begin on May 23rd @ 6:00 P.M. EDT. If an item receives a bid within the last 2 minutes, then the close time will be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to extend for 2 minutes with each newly placed bid and the property will not close until 2 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity. This eliminates bidders bidding at the last second from our auctions.

PAYMENT:  Payment to be made at pickup on May 25th 2024 at the property address 2060 Short Town Rd. Liberty, KY. 42539 by cash, check or debit/credit card.  If paying with card there will be a 3% processing fee added to your total.  If paying with the card used to register please bring that card with you at pickup.

BUYER’S PREMIUM:  A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to winning bids to determine final sales price. 

SALES TAX:  Kentucky state sales tax of 6% will be added to all personal property items that apply.  If you are tax exempt you may fill out the tax exemption form with your tax ID number at pickup. 

NO SHIPPING OF ANY ITMES WILL BE AVIALBALE.  BUYERS MUST PICK UP THEIR ITEMS ON THE PICKUP DAY AT THE PROPERTY ADDRESS.  Pickup day for personal property will be Saturday May 25th between 10:00A.M. EDT and 2:00P.M. EDT.  BRING HELP IF NEEDED FOR LOADING!!!

Any items not picked up by 2:00P.M. on May 25th without prior arrangements being made with the auction company will be charged to the card on file used to register wtih additional fees for removing the item(s).
