TRACT 2:  This tract contains 80+/- acres of land with about 52 acres being in marketable timber with the remainder in young timber by the creek.  The land by the creek contains young pines that could be taken out giving pasture/cleared acreage.  Great hunting in the area for whitetail deer, turkey and other game.  If this tract is sold separately from the timber the buyer will be required to sign an 12 month timber contract with the purchaser of the timber.

TRACT 3:  Tract 3 is the timber off of tract 2.  Recent timber cruise shows of the 80+/- acres that approx. 52+/- acres of woodland contains 326,826 board feet of marketable timber.  Should the timber and the land sell separately the buyer of the land will be required to sign an 12 month timber contract with the timber buyer.
