TERMS:

Personal Property Terms : A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price. The sale price will be equal to the bid price plus the Buyer’s Premium. All accounts must be settled on sale day. Tax permits must be shown or sales tax will be charged. All bidders must register with a current driver’s license. All property sold, “where is as is”.

Real Estate Terms: House will sell subject to court confirmation. 10% of purchase price to be placed in escrow day of sale. Balance of purchase price to be due and payable in 45 days or upon acceptance of title. All taxes will be prorated to day of closing. Possession will be at closing.
