Funds can be paid with wire transfer or in person by 5pm day after Auction ends. A 10 Percent (10%) Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid price to determine the final contract purchase price of the property. Example: You bid $100,000; your final contract purchase price will be $111,000. All checks will be written to United Country Virginia Realty, Inc. trust account. If closing does not take place on or before February 10, 2025, the auctioneer, in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages.
