1. PROCEDURE: Bidding ends Wednesday, May 31st, 2017 at 1 p.m., with a soft close, meaning that a last minute bid will extend bidding by 5 minutes. Auction Now Ending at 5PM CST.

2.BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% Buyers Premium applies to the sale. For example if the winning bid is $100,000, add the 10% Buyers Premium to arrive at $110,000 total purchase price.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF BID PRICES: Winning bidder(s) will enter into a Contract to Purchase immediately upon being declared the Successful Bidder by the Auctioneer. Upon the close of the auction the winning bidder will be forwarded via email a Contract to Purchase.
