Auction will be held off-site at the Frisco Conference Center, 101 S 4^th St., Clinton, OK 73601 

Check Out Dates – 10% of purchase price shall be placed in escrow immediately following the close of the sale.  Balance of purchase price to be due and payable upon acceptance of title.  All taxes will be prorated to date of closing.  Possession of property will be given at closing.  Buyer will be able to work ground prior to closing.
