FARM 8: 131+/- acres in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma consisting of a very nice balance of open hay fields and timber land. This farm is located on the Dover/Cresent blacktop and offers a great investment and hunting opportunity to the new owner. This farm is mostly cleared pasture on the western half of the property, and dense timber with carved openings on the eastern portions. The land supports livestock grazing and excellent hunting potential. There are multiple homesites to be found on this property and it would be easily divisible if the buyer elected to go that route.
