This is a multiple parcel land auction. There is a total of 42 acres on a blacktop road. Water and electric are nearby. This is a great parcel that can be sold in multiple parcels or the entire 42 acres. There will also be a personal property auction as well on the same day with the following items lawn and garden equipment, household furniture, household items and nick nacks, Fenton Glass Slippers, two barns to be moved, several antiques, a house to be torn down and 75 +- square bales of hay from 2015 cutting.
